FE ANALYSIS OF PROCESS VENT SCRUBBER - This composite pollution control equipment was approx. 23 m heigh and 6 m in diameter. It is made of many layers of composite material with different thickness. The model had to be analysed against internal pressure, varying internal pressure, wind loading, seismic loading and different combination of these loads. We have modelled this equipment, analysed and found out the maximum elemental stress in different directions.

FUEL OIL RETROFIT - The project was done on board APL vessels. The client wanted to install a new fuel filter on 6 of APL vessels. Our scope was to provide the classification approval drawings and the bill of materials. GL rules were to be followed. We visited the vessel when she was moored at Singapore and took measurements. We made the classification approval drawings and the bill of material which was approved by GL.

CUTTER SUCTION DREDGER - The scope of the project was to prepare approval drawings of a cutter suction dredger based on Kerala Inland Vessel Rules.
