Hey! I’m Camila, I’m a teacher at Le Wagon. I’m usually based in Barcelona, but recently my love for teaching people how to code has taken me around the world to teach in Dubai, Berlin and now Tel Aviv.
One of the most unusual situations I’ve been in took place 6 years ago, when I found myself in a cave in India playing checkers with a priest who had only eaten potatoes for several years. Needless to say, since then the company I keep has changed somewhat.’

Here at LeWagon every day is a reason to celebrate 🎉 But today wasn’t only about celebrating our achievements but celebrating each other.

Pitch night’s finally here and our awesome participants came up with amazing ideas for the project phase that will blow your mind. 🤯. Therefore, the race to see which projects would be selected was very close. But we’re happy to present to you the three pitches that convinced us the most:

1. MusicTour 🎶 - an app to match singers that want to perform in public with bars and restaurants. 2. MaDoggo 🐕 - find the perfect playdate for your dog.
3. Couch 🛋 - a platform to match patients with the right therapists.

Today we present you 3 types of cyberthreats (and there are many!) that cybersecurity fights🔺

⚠️Malware : it’s a malicious software that a hacker created to damage another user’s computer. It can be spread via email, files downloads etc.

⚠️ SQL injection : it’s a type of cyber-attack used to take control of and steal data from a database.

⚠️ Phishing : this attack uses emails that appear to be from a legitimate company asking for sensitive information (like credit card details).
