Overthinking your mistakes? Here's why that can be an issue. Overthinking how you sound in conversations, or judging your pronunciation in a conversation can have the opposite effect of what you think it will have. Because it takes you out of the conversation, and keeps you in your head - not really focused on what truly matters in the moment.
Dropping volume and energy at the end of sentences? Pay attention to this pronunciation pattern! In English, often times, the most important word is at the beginning of the sentence. So, if you tend to lower your volume or drop your energy at the end, your listener might be missing a critical part of what you're trying to say!
