we are very much active, just not here. best to come on open Monday or look at Tami wiki for contact channel TAMI is a community-driven hackerspace located in Shoken street 19, southern Tel-Aviv. Everything in TAMI is run entirely by volunteers: software and hardware techies, DIY enthusiasts, amateur wood and metalworking makers, bio and neuro-scientists, artists and musicians - curious and creative people who want to build and create, together or alone, and want a space with good atmosphere, work equipment, and other people to talk, exchange ideas and cooperate with. We follow do-ocracy approach meaning that whoever is doing something is the person who decides how it gets done. Any group projects, building/planning new space facilities, etc. - all gets done because an ordinary member thought it was important, got people excited about it, and followed through. We are open for anyone, no matter whether you are experienced or beginner! Visit our space and come to our events ;)

Hey everyone,
I got introduced to an open source smartwatch called PineTime.
https://pine64.org/devices/pinetime/
I’ve been experimenting with it since then and already implemented a bunch of things around it. I’d like to host a hands-on session where everyone gets their own PineTime (friendly cost for early birds=100), an intro to the OS, oss companion app, different customization options, and examples of projects we have built with it.
It should be a fun way to explore embedded development, open hardware, and making your own smartwatch features to give you superpowers day to day life.
