One of the most comforting foods to me has always been rice pudding... something about the stickiness of the rice combined with sweet taste ( my mom would top the pudding with improvised chocolate mousse). I’ve been following for quite awhile The Food Medic in order to get inspiration for healthy living and recipes, I recommend you to check her page. This recipe is taken from her book it’s brown rice pudding with plum compote and it’s extremely delicious and comforting! Wishing you all a pleasant new week.

Following my question on my stories, none of you were right…
It's a Tahini Bread. Why make one?!?
-It's gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, low carb & high in protein.
-It's fluffy and feels just like bread.
-Tahini health benefits include that it's high in healthy fats and amino acids, a great source of essential vitamins and minerals.
But last but not least, it's easy (only 4 ingredients) & fast to make.
