In a few more days the new academic year opens at the Coller School of Management and you are invited to celebrate with us! We will meet at the lobby of the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange on Sunday, October 14th at 9:15 AM, for the Opening Bell Ceremony. We will also celebrate the launch of a new Index for Family Companies, traded on the Stock Exchange: the TA-Family Index, which will comprise the shares of companies included in the list of “family companies". The methodology for classifying companies as "family companies" was developed by the Raya Strauss Family Business Research Center at Tel Aviv University’s Coller School of Management, in conjunction with TASE, and has been adapted to the specific characteristics of the local market.
After the short ceremony, you are invited to hear lectures from the representative of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Prof. Dan Weiss, who will explain all about the new index and a fascinating lecture by Dr. Leslie Broudo-Mitts, an expert on innovation and entrepreneurship, head of the Sofaer Global MBA program at TAU's Coller School of Management.
The event is open to all of our friends - no registration required. See you at TASE!
