First time in 12 years of cooking classes that someone had asked to learn how to make Borekas filled with spinach and cheese.

When we met, I was excited to discover that her grandmother is from Salonika just like my parents.

I love to set the cooking menu upon people wishes.

Let me know your vegetarian wishes about Israeli cooking and come to learn how to make it.

I'm so grateful that Rosita & Marc came over from Belgium to cook with me.
They left with me to choose the menu. I was so happy they liked my recipes, that they even purchased my cookbook. Their favorite dish was the stuffed peppers with cheese.

We shared such a lovely cooking time together.

whenever you came to Israel and wish to cook some Israeli food let me know by email to [email protected]

I'm back with cooking classes only😊

Last week I hosted a cooking class in my kitchen for two English-speaking French guys. Although I also speak French, it was easier for me to deliver the class in English. One of them has Jewish roots and he asked to learn how to make challah. What is more appropriate to eat with fresh challah if not shakshuka?
All the recipes we prepared are taken from my cookbook Cook in Israel, which was printed this week for the fifth time. It is available at Amazon and bookstores in Israel.
Food, cooking, and home hospitality bring people together. What comes from the heart enters the heart it's my healing.

I enjoy teaching cooking and share my kitchen tips.
It's easy to contact me through WhatsApp +072544649706
Whenever you will visit Israel, I'll be happy cooking with you in my home kitchen in Ramat Hasharon😊

After two years of not even one tourist I was thrilled yesterday to come back on scene.
Thanks to Charlotte and Randy and their friends who have chosen to spend their second day of their first trip to Tel Aviv, cooking with me in my small homy kitchen.
We had such a good time full of laughter and good food.
We started as complete strangers, but we said goodbye as family.

"This was a great cultural experience. Orly was well organized, pleasant & we felt at ease the minute we met her. All the recipes are easy to make & will be enjoyed over & over again, once we return home. Thank you so much for such a wonderful day. It was absolutely delightful, filled with laughter and good food." Charlotte.

I'm back for just cooking classes in my home, in Ramat-Hasharon, on Thursdays only.

🇮🇱Today it's Independence day in Israel - the most weird Independence day ever - we all stay at home. If you ever been to Israel you should remember the festivals and happiness all around.

I never make Falafel at home unless I had students from somewhere around the world who would have asked to learn how to make it. But today I'm going to make them and remember all of you who came to make them with me in my kitchen over the last 10 years. I'm praying that you will travel again soon especially to Israel and come to learn how to make all the delicious Israeli food with me 🙌

Meantime you can order my 'Cook in Israel' cookbook with my autograph here https://www.cookinisrael.com/Buy+the+Book/
or at Amazon and enjoy making Israeli recipes at your home.

** Miss you and my fun days cooking with you 🙏😍

Tip: If you're going to make falafel you have to soak the chickpeas overnight. Don't use those from a tin.
