The person running the room on June 24 does this for a living. 🎤
Ana Lipnik Levy is Co-Founder & CEO of NEXUS Global Marketing & Strategy, where she works with founders and executives on the thing most people leave to chance: how they're perceived.
She's hosting our "Build Your Personal Brand" panel, and she's the right person for it. Reputation isn't a side effect of good work for her. It's the actual strategy, built on purpose, with intent behind every move.
A few things she's good at pulling out of a conversation:
➢ Why most people's "personal brand" is just an accident they haven't noticed yet
➢ How founders turn reputation into deal flow, hires, and investment
➢ What separates people who are known for something from people who are just visible
She'll be steering the discussion with Natali Ziv from TikTok, Rodrigo Gonzales of Neewz.ai, and Shay Thieberg of MAIA Digital. Bring your questions, she'll know what to do with them.

You walked into your last meeting with a reputation you didn't choose.
Someone Googled you. Checked your LinkedIn. Asked a mutual connection what you're like. By the time you sat down, half the decision was already made. You just weren't in the room for that part. 👀
That's the uncomfortable truth about personal branding. It's not a logo or a tagline or a content calendar. It's what people believe about you when you're not there to explain yourself.
The good news: you can shape it on purpose. The people who do it well aren't louder than everyone else. They're just deliberate about what they're known for.
That's what we're getting into on June 24 at Ignite by Coller. A panel of people who build reputation for a living, from individuals to companies to entire countries, breaking down how it actually works and how you start.
You don't need a startup or a track record to come. You just need to care about how you're seen.

Build Your Personal Brand
How Reputation & Personal Branding Create Real Opportunities
17/06/2026
Your personal brand is already working. The only question is whether it's working for you or against you. 👤
People form opinions before the first meeting even happens. How you're seen decides who gets the intro, the investment, the next opportunity. And it's doing that long before you have a startup to show for it.
On June 24, Ignite by Coller is bringing four people who build reputation at the highest levels into one room to talk about how it actually works.
The panel:
➢ Ana Lipnik Levy, Co-Founder & CEO of HICONA, a strategic reputation expert (hosting)
➢ Natali Ziv, Head of Communications at TikTok EU Emerging Markets
➢ Rodrigo Gonzalez, Founder of Neewz.ai
➢ Shay Thieberg, Co-Founder of MAIA Digital
We're coming at personal branding from four angles:
➢ Individuals: how to build a brand that opens doors before you have a product
➢ Media: who decides which stories get told, and how to get noticed
➢ Corporations: how a founder's brand moves valuation, market entry, and fundraising
➢ Nations: how the same playbook pulls in investment at the largest scale
It's built for students, aspiring founders, and anyone who's building something or planning to. No product, company, or track record required. That's the whole point.

UPDATE: Given the current situation, we've decided to postpone the event. The safety of our community and guests comes first.
We're looking forward to hosting it in person as soon as we're able to, and we'll share a new date here once we know more.
Until then, stay safe.

Rounding out the panel — a founder building at the edge of neuroscience. 🧠
On June 8, Dr. Assaf Horowitz joins the "From Lab to Business" panel at Ignite by Coller.
Assaf is CEO & Co-Founder of BrainVivo, where he's working to turn deep neuroscience into real-world technology. He's building in one of the hardest corners of biotech — where the science is genuinely novel, the path to market is anything but obvious, and you've got to hold the research and the business in your head at the same time.
What he brings to the panel:
➢ What it takes to commercialize science that's genuinely cutting-edge
➢ How to build a company when your core tech is still proving itself
➢ The realities of fundraising and team-building around frontier science
➢ Lessons from running a deep-tech venture day to day

The founder who actually made the jump. 🧬
On June 8, Maya Ashkenazi Otmazgin joins the "From Lab to Business" panel at Ignite by Coller.
Maya is Founder & CEO of MAOLAC, where she's turning bioactive science into real, market-ready nutrition. She's lived the exact path this night is about — taking research and building a company, a team, and a product around it, with all the fundraising, regulation, and uncertainty that comes with it.
What she brings to the panel:
➢ The founder's-eye view of leaving the lab and building a real company
➢ How to turn complex science into a product people actually buy
➢ What fundraising looks like when your risk profile is "biotech"
➢ The parts of the journey nobody warns you about

10 years of the Coller Startup Competition. And the real work happens before anyone gets to the main stage. 🔥
Last week, Ignite by Coller hosted Ignite NOW 2026 — two evenings of workshops built for the 30 semifinalist teams of the Coller Startup Competition, competing across Deep Tech, Climate Tech, and Animal-Free Tech.
Two days. Six speakers. One room full of teams putting in the hours nobody sees.
Day 1 — at Herzog Fox & Neeman offices:
➢ Mor Limanovich, Partner, Hi-Tech at Herzog Fox & Neeman — on fundraising, cap tables, and the legal foundations every founder needs from day one
➢ Nir Zavaro — on storytelling techniques that actually land with an audience
➢ Orli Gal, Partner, Hi-Tech at Herzog Fox & Neeman — on the IP essentials founders can't afford to overlook
Day 2 — at the Lorry Lokey building, Tel Aviv University:
➢ Tomer Cohen, Team Lead at Discount Tech — on fundraising and working with investors
➢ Ana Lipnik Levy — on personal branding to build a superstar business
➢ Erez Gavish — on the Professional, Perfect Pitch Presentation
Thank you to our supporters Herzog Fox & Neeman, Discount Tech, and Carol and Alan Silberstein, and to our mentors Orli Arbel, Doron Simhi, and Eyal Benjamin for making evenings like these possible. Big shoutout to Lea Cohen and the Coller Startup Competition team for the partnership, and to Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management and Coller Institute of Venture at Tel Aviv University for the support.
And the biggest thank you to the Ignite team — Vanessa Roy, Juliette Bergwerk, Ibraheem Ganayim, Adam Nusinovich, Adriel Friedler, Gil Shua, Mor Bar, Odaya Buta-Scott, Lareen Hino, Mikhail Khoroshkin, Dr. Janina Lehmann, Liron Matalon, Solomon Margolin, and Shaked Sade — for making these two days happen.
Semifinals next. 👀

This is a name you show up for. 🧬
On June 8, Prof. Dan Peer joins the "From Lab to Business" panel at Ignite by Coller.
Dan is VP R&D at Tel Aviv University and one of the most influential figures in Israeli life sciences — a pioneer in RNA therapeutics and drug delivery whose research helped shape the field. His whole career sits exactly on the seam this event is about: where deep science meets the hard work of actually building something with it.
What he brings to the panel:
➢ A front-row view of how breakthrough research actually leaves the lab
➢ What it takes to turn science into a venture people will back
➢ How academia and industry can work together instead of past each other
➢ The honest version of how long and nonlinear the road really is

Meet the voice opening our biotech night. 🎤
On June 8, Ilanit Kabessa kicks off "From Lab to Business" with a TED-style talk — then moderates the panel that follows.
Ilanit is Managing Partner at URIKA Partners, and she sits right where this whole conversation lives: between the science, the money, and the hard calls that turn research into an actual company. She's spent her career figuring out what makes a venture worth backing — so she's the perfect person to open this one.
What she'll set up:
➢ Why great science doesn't automatically become a great company
➢ What investors are actually looking for in biotech
➢ How the best founders think about risk, timing, and the long road to market
