The Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv opened in 2005 as one of the 18 Romanian cultural institutes currently operating abroad. Our main goal is to offer an interface between Romanian and world culture, to mediate contacts and partnerships between cultural entities in Romania and those in other countries. To this end, the presence of the RCI in Tel Aviv is a privileged opportunity of cooperation between Romania and Israel. This cooperation offers the most desired reciprocal knowledge, the one mediated through the means of culture; therefore we are proud of having as participants to our activities outstanding cultural personalities and well-known artists from both countries. Do not hesitate to attend our events, to get permanently in touch with various aspects of Romanian culture and to consider our institute as a pleasant and meaningful place for all.
