Thanks to Manna Center Program鈥檚 Scholarship, after a long and hard work Naama Wagner (Ph.D. Student, studying under the supervision of Prof. Tal Pupko in the Shmunis School of Biomedicine and Cancer Research, Tel Aviv University) recently published a paper describing Effectidor: an automated machine-learning-based web server for the prediction of type-III secretion system effectors.
