We love this Msabacha from on our Israeli course!
This dish is similar to hummus, however the chickpeas are steeped then half mashed in the tahini for a wonderful texture!

The topping is a traditional Filipino delicacy known as latik. These are browns coconut curds made from cooking down the milk!

This community Thursday we are loving ‘s cold smoked salmon with quick pickled veg from the Rassa course of Ireland!
