✨ Chicken quinoa salad ✨
So tasty and healthy!

Ingredients : 👨‍🍳
▫️Quinoa*
▫️Chicken breast*
▫️Avocado,
▫️Almonds,
▫️Coriander,
▫️Cramberries,
▫️Tahini,
▫️Harissa.
Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and limon

*Quinoa : cook for 20 minutes in boiling water.

*Chicken breast marinade :
Mix the chicken with lemon zest, olive oil, paprika and a glove of sliced garlic. Leave the chicken soak in the seasoning in the fridge at least 30 minutes.

Weight gain meal post-training: Chicken curry. 🇮🇳🍗
Protein, carbs, fibers and a lot of taste !

ingredients:
▫️10 cherry tomatoes,
▫️1 onion,
▫️10 grams of ginger,
▫️5/6 basil leaves,
▫️2 cloves of garlic,
▫️200g of chicken breast,
▫️A brick of coconut cream,
▫️yellow curry paste (or curry powder),
▫️ olive oil, salt and pepper.
▫️A glass of white rice,
▫️A glass of peas

🔸recipe for the curry :
cut the chicken into squares and mix it with a spoonful of curry paste. let it soak up.
chop the cherry tomatoes with the cloves of garlic, the basil leaves, and the ginger.
cut an onion into small cubes and fry it in a pan in a drizzle of olive oil.
then add the chicken until the inside is barely cooked.
add the coconut cream, the tomato mixture and a tablespoon of curry paste. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

On the side, prepare white rice and peas.
