Dear Parents

Athletics

This year our interhouse athletics will work differently.

Rosh Pinah Zinc mine is doing maintenace on the field at the Hoeskteen therefore we are not able to host a full interhouse athletics.

On *Friday* we will have *athletics interhouse* for
📌 📌 *field items* only (discus, shotput, long jump and javelin).

*Venue: Skorpion Sports Field @ 11:30*

The athletes who participate here will be considered for the zonal that will be held on the 28th of February.

On *Saturday* we will do
📌 📌 📌 *track items* - 100m, 200m, 400m, 800 and long distances.

*Venue: Hoeksteen Sports Field @ 07:30*

📌 📌 We are NOT allowed to have any learner on the grass on Saturday at Hoeskteen. 📌📌

We appologise for the inconvenience and understand that parents would've wanted to support their learners but under the circumstances this is what we are able to organise.

On the 28th of February we will host the zonal and we hope to see our parents in masses!

Dear parents/guardians. This is a very important meeting as we will be discussing the implementation of Afrikaans as a Second language in gr 8&9 and we need a quorum of parents (signatures) to make this a reality.

Other very important issues like

will be discussed.

REGISTRATION FOR NEW LEARNERS will take place on Wednesday (21 Jan) and Thursday (22 Jan) at 14:00.

Please bring along the following documents:

▶️Certified copies of the learner's birth certificate and parents'/guardian's ID.
▶️ The learner's Nov/Dec report for 2025.
▶️ An affidavit or documentation proving that you are the guardian (if not your biological child)

📌 📌 Space is extremely limited.

📌 📌 📌 If you do not have these documents available, the committee will not be able to see you.
