המרכז לעיצוב וטכנולוגיה על שם מיכל וד״ר אברהם כדר הוא מרכז מחקר ופעולה בתחום של עיצוב אינטראקציה. במוקד העניין נמצאים הדיאלוג שנוצר בין אנשים לבין טכנולוגיה, ושמתקיים בין אנשים לאנשים אחרים, דרך טכנולוגיה. אנשי הסגל והסטודנטים במעבדה מפתחים הצעות חדשות לאובייקטים אינטראקטיביים וסביבות אינטראקטיביות, בנקודות המפגש בין תחומי ההנדסה, העיצוב והאמנות הנלמדים בשנקר.

שמחים להראות את שיתוף הפעולה שעשינו עם המרכז לבריאות הנפש גהה השנה, במסגרת הסטודיו הבין תחומי לעיצוב אינטראקציה. סטודנטים מכלל המחלקות יצרו יחד פרוטוטייפים שיאפשרו טיפול באמנות מרחוק לילדים בצפון ובעוטף

זו גאווה גדולה להיות בין חמשת הזוכים בקגוריית אינטראקציה, בחברתם של הסטודיו-אים הטובים בעולם בתחום (Tellart, Daily tout les jours)!

תנוחיות היה הזדמנות נהדרת לחבר בין גוף, נפש, עיצוב וטכנולוגיה עם צוות בינתחומי ומוכשר של סטודנטים, בוגרים טריים וסגל.

פרויקט שמודל, שנולד במרכז לעיצוב וטכנולוגיה על שם כדר, בוחן איך אפשר לשתף את הרגשות שלנו אחד עם השני דרך ציור משותף. מוזמנים לעקוב אחרינו בשביל עוד פרויקטים אינטראקטיביים שנוצרו במרכז שלנו ✨

אתמול התקיים באוניברסיטת חיפה כנס IsraHCI 2025, הכנס הישראלי למחקר באינטראקציית אדם-מחשב. לכנס התקבלו 4 הדגמות אינטראקטיביות (demos) ו-2 פוסטרים אקדמיים של פרויקטים ממרכז כדר. היה כיף גדול להציג את הפרויקטים שאנחנו כל כך גאים בהם! ואם זה לא מספיק, מתרגשים לשתף שהסטודנטית שלנו, חן בן-דוד, זכתה בפרס ה-Best Demo על הפרויקט “שלט חושי” שפותח כפרויקט הגמר שלה במחלקה לעיצוב תעשייתי עם הנחיה של מיכל ומרכז כדר 🤩

🧘‍♀️ Yoga and Animals = YogAnimals! 🐒

Over the past two months, we’ve been working hard on a new interactive installation — this time for The Man and Living World Museum in Ramat Gan.
The exhibition opened last Friday, and I’m so proud of what we created!

The installation is called “תנוחיות” (a play on the Hebrew words for poses and animals). In it, visitors perform yoga poses — and the animals that inspired those poses appear in response… 🐍🦩🦁

Every detail of the installation was created by our wonderful team at the Kadar Center: two programmers, an animator-illustrator, a product designer, and more — nine creators in total, including students participating through a unique new industry-collaboration course with the product design department.
At the opening, we saw pure enthusiasm — both from the museum staff and the visitors 💚

This is just the beginning! The project has real potential in educational contexts, and we plan to explore that further and to submit it to interaction design competitions...
