ACT SHENKAR
The Ability & Capacity To Mobilize Ideas, To ACT & To Make A Change. ACT Shenkar is a center of creative ideas worth looking at from an economic perspective. We aim to create new social & economic value by redefining the boundaries of art, design & engineering. ACT Shenkar supports the professional development of students, graduates & faculty members, seeking to motivate, train & develop their creative skills and projects. Each year, we scout for the most original ideas with a potential to succeed in today's or tomorrow's markets and offer them acceleration, creativity, and business development tools within and outside the academic environment. Our ultimate goal is to lead those creative ideas towards economical sustainability. ACT Shenkar promotes an environment of creativity by conducting various events, courses, programs, and lectures with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation & creative research. As a multidisciplinary center, we constantly step beyond the comfort zone of each discipline in order to generate innovation & new value.
