Are you familiar with Pareto principle? It states that for many outcomes, roughly 80% of consequences come from 20% of causes. It is the main rule not only for economy but for business and personal development. You task is to became vital few who completing 80% or tasks taking a 20% leading position.

It is not easy to understand certain things until you really undergo it. Entrepreneurship is one such thing. Understanding business is not an easy task. Maybe education and reading about it develops your knowledge but you will never learn until you run one of your own.

Beside of resources, confidence is strongly necessary to begin any activity and continue it to the final no matter circumstances, other people or own doubts. For sure some people have nature born confidence, but everybody can train it as a body or mental skills.

1. Set goals and strive to achieve them. Once achieved, set new ones
2. Acknowledge your achievements. It helps you understand your strengths and build on the positive experiences you have had, which is the foundation of self-confidence.

Does money really affect motivation?

Simple answer is No. If more precisely money works extremely well at short term, but to get a real progress with qualitative improvement your need true motivation which is understanding the goal, engagement and vision. It all depends on you and how you feel. Some value stability and comfort, others are willing to work for new and unconventional ideas. However money is a vital resource we need.
