Je m'appelle Eyal Glazner et je suis le fondateur de la méthode "Sh*tat Hatiguf" (La méthode du mouvement).

Je suis diagnostiqué comme hyperactif, souffrant de troubles graves de l'attention et de la concentration, et si cela ne suffisait pas, aussi de troubles d'apprentissage. Comme tout le monde, j'ai appris que les médicaments ne résolvent pas les problèmes, ils ne font que soulager les effets secondaires à long terme. J'avais tellement peur des effets nocifs des médicaments que je suis parti à la recherche d'une solution à ma vie.

Aujourd'hui, après avoir terminé mes études de musique au Rimon, la création de musique en BPM (Battements par minute) et un deuxième diplôme en éducation musicale, et après avoir développé la méthode du mouvement, j'ai donné des centaines de conférences et d'ateliers (pour les enseignants, les thérapeutes et les gestionnaires), et j'ai formé des milliers de chefs de groupe.

Je peux dire en toute confiance : j'ai vaincu le trouble d'apprentissage ! L'hyperactivité est plus difficile à maîtriser... mais elle a été persuadée par le mouvement : la danse et la création (danseur qualifié, chorégraphe, acteur et créateur de spectacles et de performances).

En ce qui concerne le trouble de l'attention et de la concentration, j'ai traité cela grâce à l'harmonie et à la musique.
