אירחנו היום כפר הנוער נווה מדבר- ניצנה واحة الصحراء - نيتسانا מפגש עוצמתי ומרגש לכבוד יום הזיכרון עם חוסיין אלעביד.
חוסיין הוא לוחם בדואי שמשרת במילואים בחזית.
הוא שיתף בכאב על החברים שאיבד במהלך השירות, העצב באובדן וחשיבות הזכרון עבורו.
המסר המרכזי שלו היה על החיים שאנחנו בונים כאן יחד.הוא סיפר לחניכים מדוע השירות והתרומה למדינה הם הדרך להוכיח לעצמנו ולעולם שהכל אפשרי - שאפשר לחיות יחד, להילחם יחד ולבנות יחד.
הרגעים האלו הם המהות של העבודה שלנו. אנחנו לא רק מחנכים, אנחנו בונים עתיד ישראלי משותף בנגב המבוסס על ערבות הדדית.
נזכור את כולם, ונמשיך לבנות יחד. 🕯️💔

Today, at the Naveh Midbar - Nitzana youth village, we hosted a powerful and moving meeting in honor of Memorial Day with Hussein El-Abid, a Bedouin fighter currently serving in the reserves on the front lines. Hussein shared the profound pain of losing friends during his service, the sorrow of loss, and what remembrance means to him.
His central message was about the life we are building here together. He spoke to our students about why service and contributing to the state are the ways to prove to ourselves and the world that anything is possible—that we can live together, fight together, and build together.
These moments are the very essence of our work. We are not just educators; we are building a shared Israeli future in the Negev based on mutual responsibility.
