There’s this stage in life when your pelvic floor weakens.
First of all—it sucks. It really sucks.
You almost want to believe it’s just a bad dream, that it’ll fix itself, so you keep “sleeping,” carrying on as usual, not really dealing with it.
Then comes the moment you realize—you need to take care of it.
You go to a pelvic floor physiotherapist.
And to your surprise, you discover it includes an internal assessment and treatment—yes, actually her finger inside your va**na.
How did I not know this? you ask yourself.
At the end of the session, she gives you exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.
You go back home.
And you don’t practice any of them.
Why?
Because you’re already so disconnected from that area.
Because your heart feels heavy about its weakness.
Because it’s not just muscles.
It’s the most feminine area of your body.
Your children were born from there.
It’s where you make love.
Your bleeding flows from there.
It’s a sensitive place,
full of unprocessed emotions.
You’re distant.
And the exercises feel distant too.
So how do you come closer?
It’s not simple.
But it’s possible.
Slowly.
With listening.
With support.
You can take the exercises your pelvic floor physio gave you
and turn them into a deep practice—
with understanding and attention.
You can turn them into a special time with yourself.
You might even find pleasure in it.
Why not, actually?
The essence of this intimate process is what I’ll be teaching
in 3 sessions
starting next week,
on a donation basis—
so you’ll come,
so there won’t be excuses.
I’ve opened both a morning and an evening group
so you can come, my sister.
And if you can’t,
I’ll send you the recording.
Life needs you connected to your pelvis.
You are me, I am you,
we are all part of the web.
So come—take care of yourself.
