Let's just be real...

keeps the doctor away...
Begin this pose in an easy cross legged position, while rooting the sits bones into the earth and rebounding the opposing energy through the spine and out through the crown of your head. Take a few breaths here to find your center. Next, take yogi toe lock with your big toe and extent the foot to the side while still being mindful of connecting the sits bones to the ground. Try to extend your leg as far as possible until you feel like you are loosing the integrity in the spine. This is your stopping point! Take a few breaths here or you can challenge yourself even more by reaching up and over with the opposite hand towards the extended foot. Enjoy!
