This is a genocide!
Hundreds of martyrs as a result of the occupation forces targeting the Al-Ma'madani Hospital in Gaza Strip, where thousands of displaced people are forcibly residing.

تعلن جامعة القدس الحداد العام على أرواح شه.داء شعبنا الفلسطيني في قطاع غ.زة، وتعليق الدوام الإداري والأكاديمي حتى نهاية الأسبوع.

كما وتدين جامعة القدس المجزرة الإسرائيلية بحق المرضى والج.رحى، والاستهداف المباشر بقصف مستشفى المعمداني الذي ارتقى إثره مئات الشه.داء، في جريمة إبادة جماعية تتنافى مع أبسط حقوق الإنسان والمعايير الأخلاقية والقانونية والدينية.

وتدعو الجامعة العالم أجمع إلى التدخل العاجل لوقف هذه الجرائم وحرب الإبادة بحق أبناء الشعب الفلسطيني.

Through zoom, we will join two upcoming events in Chicago, Illinois and California, USA. They will be held on Tuesday, October 17 from 8:30 PM -
9:30 PM & 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM.
More events will be scheduled, and we ask all participants to keep their identities anonymous during these events. Do not publicly share your name, images, or affiliations. Hosts will not share information about any participants.

Coincidentally, yesterday marked the commemoration of the October 6th war of liberation. During this conflict, Egyptian and Syrian freedom fighters responded to what they considered illegal Israeli colonization of their lands, a historical parallel to the events unfolding today.
From a logical standpoint, neither of these developments should be seen as surprising. The current situation in Palestine can be viewed as a natural response to decades of ethnic cleansing and persistent violations. It represents a reaction to the years of invasions of Palestinian towns, the loss of Palestinian lives, and, particularly, the enduring siege and blockade of Gaza.
In the contemporary context, Palestinian resistance groups have effectively transformed the notion of decolonization from a theoretical concept into a tangible reality on the ground. This ongoing struggle underscores the complex and deeply rooted issues at the heart of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
صادف يوم أمس السادس من الشهر الجاري الاحتفال السنوي بحرب أكتوبر، والتي تم اعتبارها على أنها نزاع قام فيه المقاتلون المصريون والسوريون بالرد على الاستعمار الإسرائيلي الجائر لأراضيهم، وهذا جانب تاريخي مواز لما يحدث اليوم.
بالنظر الى أبعاد القضية التاريخية والسياسية فلا ينبغي لنا أن نتفاجأ من هذه الأحداث والتطورات، فما هي الا ردة فعل طبيعية واستجابة لعقود من التطهير العرقي والانتهاكات المستمرة، فهذا يمثل رد فعل على مدار سنوات من احتلال المدن الفلسطينية وخسارة الأرواح الفلسطينية، وخاصة الحصار المستمر على غزة.
كما ويُشار الى نجاح فصائل المقاومة الفلسطينية في تطبيق المفهوم النظري لإنهاء الاستعمار تطبيقاً ملموساً على أرض الواقع، ويسلط هذا الصراع المستمر الضوء على القضايا المعقدة وعميقة الجذور المحتدمة في قلب الصراع الإسرائيلي – الفلسطيني.
