We have been practicing and teaching Yoga at this location since 1985. Clair Monastery. We offer classes on week days from September to July. Classes are conducted in Hebrew, but all the teachers speak English (and additional languages) and will be happy to assist with English back-up. At times, when there are students who come regularly and are not Hebrew speakers, we may conduct the class in Eng

lish. Basically, we do not have drop-in classes, nevertheless, if you are only passing in town, please be in touch and we will try to find a way to introduce you to Iyengar Yoga or help you keep your Yoga practice while you are away from home.

نمارس اليوجا ونقوم بتعليمها في هذا الاستوديو فی حي تلبيوت منذ عام ١٩٨٥ فحصل مرکزنا علی الاعتماد الرسمی بصفته مرکزا مرخصا لتعليم يوجا اينکار عام ١٩٩٩.

الاستوديو يطل على منظر خلاب لجبل الزيتون، ويقع بجوار دير سانت كلير.

نقدم دروس اليوجا في المرکز أيام الأسبوع من شهر سبتمبر/ايلول وحتی يوليو/تموز من کل سنة. وتقام الدروس باللغة العبرية، ويجيد المعلمون الإنكليزية (ولغات أخرى)، وسوف نكون سعداء لشرح التوجيهات باللغة الإنجليزية في اي وقت کما ونحن علی استعداد لتشکيل دورات خاصة باللغة الإنجليزية اذا طلبت بذلك مجموعات منظمة من محبي اليوجا.

نرحب بالناطقين بالضاد ونشجع طلابنا علی مساعدة بعضهم البعض فی نقل التوجيهات.

أساسا، تتم ممارسة اليوجا فی مرکز تلبيوت القدس من خلال الاضمام الی دوراتنا ولا نشجع المشارکة فی دروس فردية. ومع ذلک فنحن علی استعداد لمدّ يد العون للزوار والسياح من البلاد والخارج استمرارا لممارستکم ليوجا اينکار. ندعوکم الی الاتصال بنا فسنحاول ايجاد وسيلة لاطاحة الفرصة امامکم لممارسة اليوجا وانتم فی المدينة
