And contribute to the Sefer Torah to IDF bases The “SafraVeseifa” is a special project in honor of Lt. Col.
Emmanuel Moreno of blessed memory. It assists
the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) combat units by fixing Torah Scrolls that have been deemed unfit for use
according to Jewish law and returning them to the units and army bases where they are needed. The project offers a combined contribution to the Israel Defense Forces together with support for the Institute for Jewish Studies in honor of Lt. Emmanu
