What does it look like to build belonging across Peru, Thailand, South Africa, and communities here at home?

In recent Justifi journeys, participants stepped into hands-on service, reflective Jewish learning, and honest dialogue with local leaders and organizations. From educational and sustainability projects in Africa to exploring Jewish history and supporting refugee aid efforts in southeast Asia, these experiences have helped participants grow in identity, confidence, and responsibility.

We’re proud of what this community has built together, and excited for the new journeys and partnerships ahead. Where will you go next?

350+ participants a year, and a stronger foundation for what comes next.

At Justifi, structured Jewish identity education means more than a single program experience. It means curriculum development, staff training, and evaluation systems that make Jewish educational programming more consistent, measurable, and built to grow.

That work helps teens and young adults deepen identity, strengthen leadership, and stay connected to Jewish communal life long after a program ends. As we scale toward serving 400 to 500 participants annually, we’re investing in the quality, safety, and long-term engagement that lasting belonging requires.

What does a day with Justifi actually look like?

It starts with leadership training and daily discussion groups on the Jewish approach to Tikkun Olam, where participants reflect, grow, and learn from Jewish experts in self-discovery, relationship development, and social entrepreneurship. Then the day opens up to local culture, sustainable volunteer projects, service-learning with grassroots NGOs, and the kind of group experiences that build cultural competency and real connection.

Along the way, participants strengthen their sense of self, practice leadership, and build lasting friendships across diverse Jewish backgrounds. Learn more
