The biggest obstacle to moving forward can be the story you tell yourself. Once you take the leap of faith, change becomes possible. For the full conversation with Oshra Koren go to 40mystics.com/Oshra-Koren

Tammuz is not an easy month. It carries some of the heaviest moments in our collective history. The Golden Calf. The broken tablets. The walls of Jerusalem breached. And yet every year the Jewish calendar brings us back here. Not to wallow, but to reflect. To ask ourselves honestly: where have I built walls that needed to fall? Where have I chased a golden calf instead of what truly matters? Rosh Chodesh is always a moment of renewal, a chance to begin again. This one perhaps more than most. So as we enter Tammuz, who will you choose to be this time?

Missiles landed in Israel this morning.
And we are still standing.
100 days of war has not broken us. If anything, it has shown us who we are. 🤍

In a world that rarely slows down, I am deeply grateful for the moments we get to pause and simply be together. There is no greater gift than the people you get to call family. ❤️

I find it super important to learn with a group of young people on their gap year. There is an energy and unique perspective that I find both grounding and exciting. As they leave Israel and fly home today, I will miss our weekly classes at , but I know the journey will continue and look forward to seeing the amazing things they will each bring to the world! ✨

Yonatan Razel suffered a stroke this week. Every interaction I have had with him has been deeply inspiring. Most recently, this is him singing a song composed by Sergeant Major Yossi Hershkovitz z”l together with his two sons, Be’eri and Neta.

Drawing on the words of King David, he sings of having no fear, for God is with him.

Please keep Yonatan Adi ben Chaya Rachel in your prayers so that he may have a refua sheleima, and be blessed with the strength to continue singing and bringing light to all who hear him.
