Yeshivat Torah vʼAvodah is the first yeshiva to offer a truly integrated post high school year experience. In one incredible year, you will experience life-changing growth in your connection to Torah, to the Jewish people, and to the land and State of Israel. Along with focused in-depth Torah study in a premier Israeli yeshiva setting, TVA will open you up to Eretz Yisrael and Am Yisrael through targeted internships, intense volunteering and service learning, living and working on Kibbutz, exploring pivotal issues facing the future of the Jewish people, rigorous spoken-Hebrew language training, and exciting tiyulim throughout the year. All of these experiences will be infused with rigorous Torah learning while living in apartments in the dynamic community of Katamon in Jerusalem. Bnei Akiva's path-breaking model allows you to expand and broaden every aspect of who you are through the lens of Torat Eretz Yisrael. Grow as a member of Am Yisrael, in Medinat Yisrael.

What a night. 🕺📜

Our students and our entire hesder family came together to dance a new Sefer Torah home, dedicated by the Friedman and Moche families.

This Torah carries a story across generations. It was written by Nasan Friedman, a longtime chair of Bnei Akiva, in memory of his beloved wife, Hadassah z”l. Our hesder program proudly bears their names, and now their legacy lives on in the Torah itself, and in their grandson, who is learning with us at YTVA this year.

Thank you to the Friedman and Moche families for this extraordinary gift. May every talmid who learns from this Torah carry forward Natan and Hadassah’s devotion to Torah, to Bnei Akiva, and to Am Yisrael. 💙
