We were very saddened to hear of the untimely passing of our ICFR Board member Oren Nahari after a courageous struggle with ALS.

Oren was a towering figure in Israeli and international journalism and a true renaissance man. His remarkable ability to illuminate the complexities of international affairs greatly contributed to our understanding of Israel and the world around us.

Oren’s passing is a profound loss to his family, his colleagues, the journalistic community, and to all those who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. He will be deeply missed.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his wife, Vered, and to his family and loved ones.
