For more than thirty years I have been guiding Israeli companies that work overseas. In the United States, Europe and Asia I have helped people gain access, solve problems and do deals. During this time in addition to Israelis I have worked with people who do business with Israelis from all over the world – more than 40 countries altogether.

I have put that experience together in this new course – going international.

The course is composed of three parts: the business model, the people and the processes. Each of the parts is a two day seminar. Each seminar is "active" – meaning the material is taught through case studies, exercises and other group activities – not lectures. The course is supported by a one hundred page participant manual with the relevant material that supports the course activities. The seminars can be taken individually or as a series. Together these skills, in my experience, will give you what you need to succeed in international business.
