The "wild root" is the source of all creation; it is life's energy itself. It is wild, yet amazingly harmonious- thanks to its wildness and not in-spite of it. The greatness of a true artist, of a free man, relay on noninterference with this mysterious source within, serving as a perfect and neutral conductor to it. Every single movement we initiate in space, is born out of the root's attraction
to harmony. Our voice is a true, clear and immediate reflection of who we really are in this very moment. listening to, and sensing our own voice while singing, allows us to observe our state of being on several different levels; body rigidity or suppleness; self-imposed misconceptions or freedom thereof-- all reflecting our intimacy with the source or the lack of it. Experiencing music through your body, breath and voice while surrendering to your wild root, allows for a perfect merger of the musical instrument, your body, with the unique music that you are. Letting the music breathe through you is a powerful act of healing; Singing melody,
is allowing a healing breathing pattern to happen. Body and soul are being rearranged while vocalising a melody--weather you realise it or not. In the workshop, we first come together and start by warming up and calming down, preparing our vehicle for the journey that lies ahead. The heart of the workshop rests within four spheres of attentions: hearing attention, liveliness attention cantering on breath and voice, body attention aimed at physical awareness in strategic centers and attention manifested as unification of voice with the tonality and pulsation of the natural breath. Practicing ''Wild Root Meditation'' Strengthens your faith & trust in your own wild nature and brings about greater awareness and control of your life. בכל אחת ואחד מאיתנו קיים שורש חי אשר מתוךתנועתו הטבעית נובעת היצירה בחיינו
השורש הוא פרא ועם זאת הרמוני להפליא
הרמוני בזכות פראותו ולא למרות
!
גדולתו של האמן/האדם החופשי טמונה ביכולתו לא להתערב כלל במעשה היצירה, מצב הנחווה אצל גדולי היוצרים
כ"מתנה", הרגשה ש"הדבר" עובר דרכם. כך גם בחיי היומיום בכל אדם, מוסיקת השורש היא מוסיקת החיים
השורש חי ומתגלה בנשימה,שימת לב לתנועות השונות תוך כדי שירה
או ליתר דיוק, איחוד הקול עם טבע הנשימה
