My name is Ilya, and I am your guide to physical progress, wellness and great shape. You can train with me everywhene: in the gym, on the sports ground and even in your living room. I have unique combination of big bodybuilding experience and modern techniques of bodyweight, functional and home workouts.
My diet plans are flexible and could be gentle and effective at the same time. Everything I give, I have tested on myself and many of my students. And, of cause, I give a lot of motivation, support, friendliness and individual approach to everyone.
