These last tw weeks I had the honour and the pleasure to teach in the music school of the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basel, replacing shortly my former teacher and mentor Liane Ehlich ❤️
It is so inspiring to meet musicians of all ages who are motivated to dive into the world of early music!

My gift to my students in Lörrach - a class portrait :-)
This was the last week of teaching my class in TYTH-Musikschule in Lörrach www.tyth.de before the summer break!
This school year was very special to me. As Covid-19 hit and stripped life away from many of my activities, teaching was there to keep me inspired, curious, engaged, motivated... and smiling.
I am so proud of these flutists of all ages, who made amazing progress during these months!
And now - Vacation!

Together with the wonderful Hagar Shahal, I had the pleasure to meet the flute class of Prof. Eyal Ein-Habar from Hochschule für Musik Münster for two sessions of contemporary music lessons!
In the first session we discussed the diverse extended techniques for flute, and in the second one, each student played an excerpt from a selection of contemporary pieces.
I was very touched to join Hagar and Eyal, two teachers of mine from many years ago! And was very happy to meet the wonderful class from Münster.
