Ladies, lift the heavy weights👏🏼✨

One of the biggest myths in fitness is that picking up heavier weights will somehow make you “too bulky”🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

The truth? Building the kind of muscle mass you see on professional bodybuilders takes yearssssss and years of highly specific training, nutrition, work ethic and dedication. It doesn’t happen by accident because you grabbed the heavier set dumbbells.

Strength training helps women build confidence, improve bone health, boost metabolism, support hormonal health, and create a strong, capable body that can carry you through life with power and grace. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been AFTER 3 pregnancies and 3 births!!!!

Motherhood changed my body, but it also showed me how powerful it is. And now I’m hitting PRs I never thought possible.

You do not need to “get your old body back.”
You can build an even stronger one.

🥁Introducing… PURE STRENGTH!!!!🥳🥳💪🏼 The newest series that will be coming to the LIFESTYLE program next month🥰 Yes that’s right:) There will soon be a full new workout series coming to the lifestyle program geared specifically towards women who are looking to learn how to finally build STRENGTH, put on MUSCLE, and LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS. I’ve been training women for over 13 years now and I witness on a daily bases how soooo many women are afraid to lift heavy weights, or just don’t know where to start. It’s finally time you learn! Just 25 minute long workouts, at-home, and at your pace. This series will be your step by step guide to educating yourself, feeling your absolutely best, and your absolute STRONGEST.
No cardio in this series, just HEAVY weights and low reps. I am SO excited to bring y’all such an important workout series like this!!!!🥹❤️

No but I literally think about this quote on repeat in my mind. A happy mom isn’t just a gift to herself - it’s a gift to her child too!!❤️Too often, we mothers put ourselves last, carrying the weight of the world with endless love and care..But when a mother takes time for the things that bring HER joy, that spark of happiness ripples out creating a childhood full of laughter, curiosity, and warmth❤️
You matter too!! Do the things you love too!! This Mother’s Day, I’m blessing all the supermamas here to be able to not just nurture others, but themselves too. Because when a mother thrives, her children thrive too;)❤️
