סיידל מרכז לאפייה יהודית Saidel Jewish Baking Center The Saidel Jewish Baking Center is the eminent authority on Jewish bread from Adam & Eve to the present day.

We bake and we teach people how to bake iconic breads like challahs, bagels, bread of the ancient Temple and more in our exciting workshops. Saidel Artisan Baking Institute (S.A.B.I) specializes in teaching people how to bake and eat the right way, the healthy way. We conduct baking workshops in over 15 topics for private individuals, families, groups, schools, businesses, employee outings, birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, weddings. We have workshops that are applicable to all ages and proficiency levels. Workshops are conducted at our institute, at your location (in Israel) and also online via the internet. S.A.B.I provides consulting services for the food industry, developing formulas and new products for bakeries, restaurants and hotels. S.A.B.I specializes in customized baking related exhibitions, for example our International Bread Festival with a spectacular display of breads from all around the world

Places are filling up fast in our fabulous Channukah workshop - Channukah in the Mikdash. Fun, unique & meaningful.

The workshop explores how oil was used in the Beit HaMikdash, both as an ingredient in the various breads & to light the Menorah.

We will prepare Shemen Zayit Zach, the special virgin oil for lighting the Menorah. We will light a full size Menorah using the same special procedure as in the Mikdash. We will prepare and fry a special bread from the Mikdash - the Murbechet, which is the origin of the modern donut and the Sefardi Sfinj. Finally we make and fry Sefardi Sfinj (Sephardi donuts).

2 hour action-packed, hands-on workshop. You will leave with unforgettable memories, delicious bread & Sephardi donuts.

When: Sunday 14th & Monday 15th: 14:30-16:30
Tuesday 16th: 11:30-13:30. Friday 19th: 9:30-11:30.
Monday 22nd: 11:30-13:30

Thank you everyone who ordered and donated so generously for our soldiers stationed in Karnei Shomron & the surrounding areas for Shabbat. Your generosity enabled us to give them different kinds of Challot, babkas, apple pies and cookies. Truly heart-warming.
BEH we hope to do it again in the future!
