For Stay-Home-Moms, the "Empty-nest" reality can create a feeling of losing purpose, it can blur clarity on how to be motivated in the days to come with worthwhile ambitions, and can leave a heavy burden on their shoulders with the intruding question- Do I still have value? Did I let my life go to waste?
