In these difficult times we would like to remind of the psychological counseling services available at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. It is quite normal to feel signs of stress during these times. But if you find that you are struggling to cope with your stress levels, or if you are concerned that your stress levels are interfering with your daily life, please do not hesitate to contact us. In the psychological service and the community clinic, therapists are available to talk to you by phone or Zoom, and can talk to you in Hebrew, Arabic, English, Spanish or Russian. You can also find helpful resources, including emergency referrals and hotline numbers, at the websites listed below.
