Children are our future. As parents, we aim to ensure that they live a more prosperous life than ours. To survive in this world, education is the key. Still, the level of education may either push your child forward or, on the contrary, pull them back.
Thinking skills, not knowledge. Knowledge is acquirable. It is on every corner, and everyone is selling it. The question is how well you work with knowledge. A Master's degree doesn't promise you a job position, especially when hundreds are lined-up for it. But finding a different approach to getting the job and avoiding the line is what I call thinking skills.
When a child grows, their brain begins to wire up. As a parent or educator, you are actually playing the programmer role. The sooner you start, the better. But is your child in the correct learning environment?
Children are natural learners, but if suppressed, they might resent it. Therefore, it is vital to have the right programmers around them who know what they are doing. As a second-language teacher, I hear a lot from my students about the awful treatment they receive from teachers and their parents' lack of confidence in some of them. But this is commonplace since young learners have to be forced into studying.
It indeed affects their learning habits and performance. If there is no motivation, studying will manifest itself on a superficial level where the game "learn and forget" is played.
Learning requires a specific approach; otherwise, it has no benefits. What's the point of reading a text if you miss all the key points and are unable to comprehend them just because no one taught you how to do it. Such basic skills should be learned starting from the first grade on the basic level. For example, critical thinking is very simply taught through short and funny stories, which hold a child's interest while teaching them an essential skill. How about inferring? Easy. Same approach.
Look at the example below. Which bird is smarter? How do you know? Explain. Even before reading, you can ask your child to answer your questions and have them explain their thinking process to you while they base it on what they see. If they claim the green bird is smarter, they will have to back it up by explaining that it is standing on books while the red bird is in a pile of garbage. Therefore, the green bird is smarter. The discussion should take place before they start reading. The children learn to predict, infer, and anticipate. It adds to their comprehension, memory, and ability to answer questions correctly.
Learning and thinking skills should be acquired as early as possible. I have written textbooks specifically designed to tackle this problem and help your child build their reading skills from the ground up and actually enjoy it! It begins with the alphabet and continues in a sequential approach, gradually introducing new letters and words and reinforcing them throughout the series.
So why not give it a try? Visit my website at KidsReadEnglish.com or other online platforms to learn more about the textbooks and purchase them today. Help your child set themselves on a path to success by building essential reading skills and a lifelong love of reading. Don't wait. Buy now!

Early reading helps develop neural pathways in the brain that support cognitive processing and memory. In addition, Research has found that children who start reading before age five tend to have stronger cognitive abilities and higher academic achievement than those who start later. Early reading helps children develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Research has shown that reading can improve a person's cognitive abilities in multiple ways, including expanding vocabulary, improving critical thinking skills, and enhancing memory. In fact, a study published in the journal Neurology found that reading regularly throughout one's life can help to delay cognitive decline in old age. The study followed over 300 participants for six years and found that those who engaged in more reading and other mental activities had a slower rate of decline in memory and thinking skills than those who engaged in fewer such activities. So, reading is not only enjoyable, but it also has long-lasting benefits for cognitive health!
