The Parent’s Network have purchased a Defibrillator which has been installed on the wall of our dressing rooms. Many thanks to Debbie from Youghal Credit Union, who provided sponsorship to cover the cost of the heated outdoor box and to Ross Cashman, Jesse Dalton & Jason Lane of Ross Cashman Electrical Ltd who generously volunteered their time & expertise to install the box and defibrillator for us.
This defibrillator can be accessed at all times by anyone who uses the Slí na Sláinte & all other ameneties on our school grounds. This vital piece of equipment is a welcome addition that will hopefully be never used 🤞. However, should a situation arise where the defibrillator is required, the code to open the box is 1234
We would ask that all parents/guardians explain to the younger generation that this is a lifesaving machine so please do not tamper with or damage the equipment. ❤️
It could mean the difference between saving a life or not!!!
Thank you all

Chairperson of the Parents’ Network
