🌻 SUMMER SOUL CIRCLE 🌻

Join .pasternak and Gráinne Tyndall live on Zoom this Sunday April 30th @ 7pm to celebrate the arrival of Bealtaine.
Bealtaine is the cross quarter day marking the midway point between the spring equinox and the summer solstice.
On an agricultural level, May 1st marks the end of the unfarmable winter in the Northern hemisphere and symbolised the start of the summer. The word Bealtaine is still used in the Irish language and translates as the month of May. Fires would be lit around the country on May 1st and cattle would be passed between them as a rite of purification. Some other traditions associated with Bealtaine include walking the circuit of one's property (beating the bounds), repairing fences and boundary markers as well as feasting, dancing and drinking.
From a spiritual perspective. Bealtaine is all about the sacred union of the divine feminine and divine masculine. At Imbolc and then the Spring Equinox, we saw the readiness of the land to receive the seed and now at Bealtaine we plant as the land is fertile. At this point of the year, the potential becomes conception. The Spring Maiden (now the May Queen) falls in love The Green Man and their union is consummated. This represents the sacred union and the masculine and feminine energy that we all embody.

A full solar eclipse and a second new moon in Aries at 29°

The Time has come.

Our ancestors and ancient ones celebrated these rare celestial events as a Sacred marriage or 'Hieros Gamos'. The Union of Heaven and Earth.

19 is a karmic number relating to the understanding that we each have a part to play in the collective consciousness. The number 20 relates to Sacred Union and co-creating the next stage.

This is such a rare event and a very intense Eclipse. Eclipses activate our Soul Contract and highlight situations that are necessary for healing, even if we dont want to go there! Cut the ties (19). Burn those energetic bridges and listen to your heightened awareness (29°)

It is a doorway to change, and new opportunities abound.
The fire sign Aries brings purification. Endings of old chapters in all areas personally and collectively.

A number 8 day in numerology and the day of a powerful full moon at 16 degrees Libra. (16 is a karmic debt number relating to healing the past).

In the Northern Hemisphere, the first Full Moon of Spring marks the solar Aries Festival when LIGHT returns to Earth. Easter/Oestre is celebrated by many as a time of new hope, a resurrection of the spirit. It is also called an 'Awakening moon'.

Esoterically, Aries relates to blasting away the past, clearing the way for the future, establishing a new pattern for the following twelve months. The number 8 is the number of inifinity, balance and relates to abundance in all its forms. Its also about personal relationships and the power struggles in all connections. Remember, what you send out whether intentionally or not, by the law of the Universe, will always return.
