Another day of our summer programme. This time we had some barbeque fun, spent some time in the sun with some tunes. What a great day spent with great company. Thanks to our Catering tutor Mary for her hard work and thanks to all for helping set up this great day.

As part of our summer programme, the staff and students went to Leisure Max in Wexford. This was a fun filled day with lots of activities. We started off easy, using our brains in the escape rooms. We then played a couple of rounds of lazer tag, followed by a football simulator. Then some students done wall climbing, while the others played some goggle football. We finished out the day with some good food and a few games of bowling. Lets just say the day was so much fun that the bus was very quiet on the way home, due to everyone been worn out from laughing and some healthy competitiveness.

Oh wow, what a great day. We took the students on a trip to Emerald Park. What a day, there was laughing and screaming and just all around good fun. It's nice to get a day out and we were so blessed with the weather. Also, it was our student Dylan Geraghty's last trip as a Youthreach student.

What a great day. The staff came together to do some bonding and painting of the soft play area to brighten it up. Thanks to Grainne for facilitating this wonderful activity. We then had a lovely spread of food, compliments of Mary our catering tutor and Derek on the bbq. The day was ended with a hearty fairwell to our colleague Lynn, who will be leaving us to start a new venture in her career. It's bitter sweet saying good bye, but at least we know you will still be popping in to us from time to time. We wish you all the best in your new role as AEO.
