🎨 We are all artists 🎨
Today our afterschoolers joined in with International Dot Day, creating works of art starting with a dot. The dot is a lovely story that reminds us that art is for everyone and a gift to share and encourage in others 🖼

Today we read this great little story, all about a dragon who thinks life's not fair. This makes him very cross-a lot!!!
A great chat followed about what we can do when we are feeling mad, we have some very wise children 💕
( Don't panic if they start howling like a wolf though, it's all part of the plan 🤣)

🎉🎉Following a very successful Department of Education Inspection today we are pleased to say we have been rated as highly effective/very good in all 4 inspection areas. The feedback we received was extremely positive, with many areas of practice highly praised.
All the children were fabulous today and it was a joy to watch them eagerly talk about their learning experiences with the inspector. A big thank you to all our wonderful families for their ongoing support.🎉🎉

Last Thursday we celebrated World Book Day and all the children brought in their favourite books to read together.
We had lots of fun and thanks to Robert and Andrew in Wicklow County Council Library Service everyday is book day at CastleKidz! The children love their visits to the library bus, choosing the books they want to borrow and reading them together. The library bus is such an important resource and we feel very lucky to have access to it
