New online dance course starting this Sunday! My new courses are now part of the Bánóg membership so not only do you get unlimited access to the full step library on the site, you can also have a monthly 1:1 session with me, AND unlimited access to the lessons in these special courses. Some exciting new upgrades to Bánóg is coming your way soon!
Members will now have unlimited access to the step library, specialty courses offered bi-monthly, AND 1:1 monthly sessions with me. I'm really excited to offer all of my online lessons under the same price of €25/month.
I've planned out the courses for the rest of 2024 and I can't wait!
First up is a 3 week series dedicated to sean-nós steps and will have an autumnal theme. Then we'll spend 3 weeks learning and perfecting two common dances that are great to do with others when you find yourself with other dancers: The Priest and His Boots and Maggie Pickens. Then, as a special winter lesson, we'll learn An Súisín Bán or The White Blanket. The best thing about these courses is that they'll be accessible always and so folks can tune in anytime.

Big update! ✨
The website is now live!!! In this first phase of the site, you’ll have access to resources like a reading list, music suggestions, and even loads of dance videos to watch! Also included is a blog segment that features ethnographic research and tips and tricks to consider whereever you are on your dance journey.

The lesson membership component will be launching in just a couple of weeks so mark your calendars for November 10th!🥳
