Discoveryland is a Crèche and Montessori service based at 14 Newlands, Wexford. We are just off the Wexford/Newtown Road, adjacent to Wexford General Hospital, Wexford County Council and the environmental offices. Discoveryland was founded by Ailish Lee in 2003 and moved to Newlands in 2007 to more accommodating location suited to children's needs. There are currently 12

staff members, who are all key players in the success of Discoveryland. Our HR manager Angus Lee has earned his Masters in Education; Michelle our Administrative Manager holds a Level 9 Qualification, Liz our house manager who holds QQI level 6. Two of our staff members are currently studying for their BA in Early Childhood Care & Education. All of our staff hold a a QQI qualification in Childcare, and all our staff are continuously learning and up-skilling in the field of childcare. Our team here at Discoveryland are friendly, approachable and professional at their jobs and aim to develop the holistic needs of each child in their care. Disoveryland focuses on the holistic development of every child. We aim to ensure that all our children leave our care as well rounded and sociable individuals. We recognise that every child is individual and encourage individualism at every opportunity. Ultimately we here in Discoveryland seek for pursuit of excellence in every aspect of every individual child.
