We’re back tomorrow! 🎶

Kiltra Music reopens for the 2026/27 school year tomorrow, Wednesday 2nd September, and we’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone back.

A new year of lessons, groups, ensembles, theory, performances and plenty of music-making begins here. 💛

A quick reminder: students whose usual lesson falls on a Monday or Tuesday will begin next week on their normal day — no lessons are missed, as the term has been structured to give everyone their full number of lessons.

We can’t wait to see you all again!

🎶 Registration is now open for our Wednesday Singing Programme at Kiltra Music!

We have singing groups running across Wednesday evening for:

Throughout the year, our singers develop their voices, grow in confidence, make friends and work towards two lovely performance experiences — at Christmas and again in April at the National Opera House.

🎻 Here’s a little glimpse of what’s possible… 🎻

This is a snippet I recorded last night in Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin, with over 100 musicians coming together in a beautiful intergenerational orchestra — from young players to adults who have returned to music later in life.

This is what music can do.
This is what happens when you keep going.

For our Kiltra Music Adult String Orchestra, this is the kind of journey we can begin building towards together over the next year — growing in confidence, learning repertoire, playing in sections, and developing as an orchestra.
