Magna International is looking for an IT Support Engineer!

Some Knowledge and Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with PC hardware, Windows 10 operating system, wired and wireless network connectivity.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
Experience in configuring, deploying, maintaining, upgrading, and decommissioning of desktops, laptops, MFPs, mobile phones and tablets.
Excellent PC hardware & software troubleshooting skills.
Provide technical support for on-premises & remotely connected staffs.
Proficiency with a wide range of software installation and licensing tools and processes.
Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Recognized post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
Familiarity with TCP/IP, Active Directory, SharePoint, and PowerBI is an asset.
