Hi everyone, I have been quiet on here recently as things have been busy but my training schedule for the remainder of this year is now open and I will be announcing new training dates over the coming days!! A variety of different trainings are available both online or in-person that are practical and relevant to the current climate. My courses are based on years of experiences across a variety of roles from student, to SCW, to team leader to manager, to clinician, to educator, meaning my trainings are well informed with an emphasis on improving practice and providing necessary support. Upskilling for me has always been a priority in order to excel at what I do and keep up with this everchanging industry.

Many social care services are running on empty. Shortages of staff have made upskilling quite difficult for many workers, that is why I have created these non-fuss courses to fit your busy lifestyle.

Having acquired nearly 17 years national & international experience in the disability sector as well as a Masters in Social Care Leadership & Management, Jessica has expertise in key areas such as Conflict Resolution, Positive Behavioural Support, Effective Leadership and more.
The aim of Jessica's training is to empower staff, students and services to feel inspired to make real change. Having worked front-line in a variety of roles over her career, Jessica is fully aware of challenges staff and services are currently facing and therefore strives to make trainings practical & relevant to the ever-evolving social care sector. She draws on years of experience as a student, to frontline worker to manger and teacher/tutor, to create a no-fuss & current learning experience.
