Splash Afternoon was a huge success! 💦 🔫

Thank you to all our pupils and staff for embracing the fun and making it so enjoyable! We’re not sure who had more fun – the pupils or the staff! Thanks also to our parents for their cooperation with some very wet children heading home! 😊

Today was the end of an era for our 6th class! 🎓🎉

They planted their tree, watched their slideshow of memories with a slice of cake 🍰 and finished with their Church ceremony!

We will miss this crew in Boolavogue and we wish them the best of luck moving on to secondary school! 📚

For our final day of Active Week we welcomed Joe and Conor from School Fitness Ireland for two workshops: Fun Fitness and BoxAerobics! Everyone enjoyed learning new skills and had great fun!

🏐 Active Week ~ Day 4 🏃🏃‍♀️

On Thursday, we had the pleasure of welcoming back some past pupils to practice Gaelic Football skills with all the classes. Thanks to Clara, Lucy and Sarah for dedicating your time and for making the workshops so fun and enjoyable for the children!

We also had a special visit from the much loved ice cream van! Usually our annual sports day treat, but the weather had its own agenda this year!! Ice cream is always welcome, no matter the weather! 🍦🌧️

What a fantastic Sports Day we had today!

A huge well done to all of our pupils for taking part so enthusiastically in every event. You showed great sportsmanship and gave your best effort.

We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to all of our parents and families for your understanding and cooperation when Sports Day had to be rescheduled at short notice. Your support is always greatly appreciated!

It was wonderful to see so many parents turn out for our novelty races and join in the fun. Thank you for making the day even more special with your enthusiasm and encouragement.

And finally, well done to all the parents who took part in the parents’ race - it was a very close call! 😂🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
