🐄 Leahy’s Open Farm 🐐

The boys and girls from Watercress and the Flesk recently enjoyed a fantastic day out at Leahy’s Open Farm. From meeting lots of friendly animals to exploring all the attractions, there was fun around every corner! 🐑🐰🐓

One of the highlights of the day was taking a ride on the farm train and seeing even more of what the farm had to offer. 🚜🚃
A wonderful day full of adventure and great memories was had by all! 😊

City Sports 2026 🏅

Well done to all the boys and girls who took part in City Sports in MTU recently.

A fantastic day was had by all, with every child giving their very best effort in their events. Their enthusiasm, determination and sportsmanship were a credit to themselves, their families and our school.

We are very proud of each and every one of you! Well done, everyone – you did us all proud! 👏🏻⭐

⛳️ Crazy Golf Takeover! ☀️

With a big emphasis this year on the Crazy Golf Takeover, 6th Class had great fun designing and creating their own crazy golf holes before trying them out on their very own mini course! 🤩

Some brilliant ideas, lots of creativity and plenty of fun along the way ⛳️👏

Out of This World Fun at Planet! 🌍✨

Senior Infants were very lucky to visit the Planet Entertainment Centre after one of the children in the class won their colouring competition! 🎨👏🏻

The children enjoyed a fantastic day of fun, adventure and plenty of activity with their friends. A great day was had by all! 😊

🪘 African Drumming Workshop 🪘

Recently, we were lucky enough to welcome Patrick from African Drumming Ireland to our school for a fantastic workshop.

The children had a brilliant time learning different rhythms and beats. The hall was full of energy and excitement! 🎶✨

Go raibh maith agat Patrick for such an enjoyable and engaging experience for all of our pupils 👏🤩

🚴 Bike Week Fun

Recently, we celebrated National Bike Week by taking part in Cycle on Wednesday! 🛴☀️

We were delighted to see so many children cycling and scooting to school and getting active in such a fun way. The bike racks were full from early morning… we may need to invest in another bike shed at this rate! 😅🚲

A huge well done to everyone who took part and helped make the day such a success. 👏🏻💙
