Whether at school, with friends or taking on new situations, knowing that you have good support can help you build your self-belief and confidence. Kumon is about more than developing a child's ability in maths and English.

From its conception, the Kumon Method was devised as a daily, home study programme. Our founder, Toru Kumon, was a father creating daily maths worksheets for his son to study independently at home. With practice, his son’s maths ability naturally began to improve and so did his confidence. Today, our Instructors take the same approach to assessing and tailoring the study programme to each individual child and their needs.
