The RCNME HSE Dublin and South East provides CPD education and training programmes, and QQI Level 5-8 programmes, to registered nurses, registered midwives & health care assistants The Regional Centre of Nursing & Midwifery Education (RCNME), as part of the Health Service Executive (HSE) South East, embraces a regional brief for continuing professional development and education for Registered Nurses, Registered Midwives and Health Care Assistants. Through the provision of high quality, needs-led education programmes, the RCNME strives to meet service, professional and educational needs for all nursing disciplines in an equitable manner across the Acute Hospitals Network and the Primary, Community and Continuing Care (PCCC) Services, within the remit of the HSE South (Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford and Wexford).
