Skills Requirements The ideal candidate must be well-presented, have exceptional organisational & communication skills, be able to use their initiative and have the ability and personality to lead a strong reception team and build a rapport with guests. They must have the ability to prioritise their workload and cope with changing priorities and be able to work without supervision. Hotsoft experience is essential. General knowledge of attractions and local area an advantage. Fluent in English oral and written.
